I bought a used boat and took it to him to go thru it, and let me know what it needed, very thorough, he found a few things that could of been real bad out on the water. I have a 1994 boat that many shops no longer work on. Several of them recommended Shadow Mountain Marine. The shop owner Dennis did a great job rebuilding my carburetor and was easy to talk to about what needed to be done. I like his approach to quality being he works on them as if it were his family’s boat. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a one man shop which is fine because Dennis can do everything and anything related to a boat. He correctly diagnosed my boat over the phone, and said he'd call when he was ready to work on it. He had already ordered the part, so when he said to bring it in, his diagnosis was correct, and he was able to repair it right away. I was able to pick the boat up the next day. I really appreciate not having to leave it there until he was able to get to it. I have Dennis on speed dial and will definitely use him again. I highly recommend Shadow Mountain Marine.

Called around for my older boat. Needed an engine rebuild. I Just didn’t want to work on it or learn it. Every place I called said. We don’t work on boats that old…. Try shadow mountain marine. So I called. Man I’m glad I did. Dennis the owner is the guy who will be working on your boat. He is very thorough and communicates very well. I usually do all my my own mechanical work. People bring their cars to me. As I don’t trust most mechanics and can do quality work. I care about my car more then they do. With Dennis I feel he cares about my boats more then I do. Hard to find that! Grab it and hold on if you find it. Had him work on both my boats now. Would recommend Dennis to anyone who needs boat work done on anything. Not just old boats. Go in there talk to him . You will leave your boat with confidence.

Dennis is awesome!! The customer service, knowledge and turn around time was fantastic!! I had him install quite a few things, from a new fish finder with mount, new batteries, new onboard charger, gas line AND some trailer bunks I had ordered!! The installs were clean and looked OEM! I’d recommend this shop to anyone and will be a repeat customer! It’s nice to FINALLY find a shop you can trust and won’t take advantage of you! -Scott Crumley
