I was in the process of winterizing my boat when I ran into an issue where no matter what I tried, I couldn't get my oil filter out. Got to the point where the whole cavity was torn out. It's already mid November! I reached out to several shops and only Rib Mountain Marine LLC offered to help me out. John reached back out to me and got me all squared up. My first time with them and nothing but great service and communication. Just got my boat back to store away til next season :( Thanks again Rib Mountain Marine!!!

Excellent service. Use RMM for boat storage, tune ups, and have bought and sold boats through John. He’s a great guy. My boat fires up on first turn of the key every spring. Highly recommended.

Most honest guys you'll ever find. They've serviced my Volvo Penta for a year now and they've done great work at great prices. They've spent dozens of hours (including three trips to Lake Wausau) trying to figure out what's going on with an overheating problem. I was shocked to find that they didn't charge me anything because they felt bad that they couldn't figure it out!

We took our boat motor in for a lower unit lube change and they were able to complete it the same day. Great service! Compared to the local competitor, we were able to save $60 for the same work. We will definitely go back here to have our boat serviced in the future. Thank you for your honesty and customer service.
