Reliable Boat Repair Mobile

I called to find out about getting my jet boat serviced and got the voicemail so I left a brief message with my name and number and got a text response fairly quickly letting me know that they are 3 weeks out in scheduling and asked if I wanted on the schedule. I responded informing him of where I reside and that it is a jet boat I need serviced and he responded saying he doesn’t service jet boats. Despite the fact that he wasn’t able to help me he still conducted himself in a timely and professional manner so I figured I should leave a review at least pointing that out.

I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service that I received from Reliable Boat Repair! They showed up, diagnosed my engine issues in less than 15 minutes and immediately fixed the problems. They even performed maintenance on other areas of the motor before leaving and educated us on the causes of our problems and how to avoid them. The best part is that their price was extremely reasonable!!!! They have earned all of my boat business whether it is repairs, maintenance, winterizing, etc. Ill never use another company!

Brian did an excellent job. Completely rebuilt my 30 HP Evinrude. It's unfortunate the 2 other reviews gave one star when they did not even use their services!. There's a reason there's a one month waiting list for mobile services - because they're good. I took my motor to the shop and the services were completed in a week. Better than average warranty, indefinite with the exception of wear.

I called to get service on my boat and left a message. I received a return text message that stated that I am out of Reliable's service area and they are booked a month out. Totally understand being booked out because of the covid disease. I live 45 minutes from Reliable and their company is suppose to be a mobile service. I can't see 45 minutes being that long of a drive. Reliable advertises they are mobile are you just local mobile? whats the range? maybe you should state that on your website. Never have done business with them, but will not now when being mobile really isn't.

I had a problem with water circulation in my older 4 stroke outboard. He was 2 weeks out on repairs when contacted, told me that (the marinas were all 4 weeks out) and arrived at the appointed time. He diagnosed & repaired the problem, then ran the motor with me present to demonstrate the correction. Can't ask for much more than that. Communicated with me throughout my wait and as he worked on the motor.
