Reasor's Landing

First off never had a issue or problem at all ever before today and I've been using this boat ramp since I was a kid and I'm 36yrs old now and have always recommended them but all of that changed today when the owners came out screaming and cussing bc I was trying to load our boat on the boat ramp and it closes at 10pm but I was at the dock at 930pm went and got my truck had a issue with it cranking well finally got it going jumped in truck pulled down to boat ramp it was exactly 948pm but I had to wait on someone else to load there boat and get off the ramp and I started backing down ramp it was 953pm I noticed a Piece of wood done came loose on my boat trailer so I jumped out snatched it off so it didnt mess up or scratch the hull on the boat but i dropped a screw so I looked for it so Noone got a flat tire from it finally found it and put it in the truck and backed the rest of the way into water but had to pull back up and startled backing back into the water again but was draging the comalomg winch strap so i got out of truck and grabbed strap and and the gate started shutting and was about to hit my truck so I jumped back into my truck and my 16yr old son ran over and stopped it so It wouldn't hit truck while I was backing down into water more so It wouldn't hit truck and then it started moving again and I walked up so the sensor would see something there and open back so we wouldnt be locked in but during that time someone was in the dark up towards a house screaming at the top of there lungs but we couldn't understand anything was being said bc of my loud truck with a 7.3 powerstroke meaning. Up close can't hear nothing other than the sound of a diesel or if your anywhere close to it but when the 2 people came into light it was a man and woman I guess whoever that owns the boat ramp well they were rude as hell hollering especially the woman telling me I was gonna have to leave my truck and boat right where it is bc they was not opening the gate and it would be towed when the gate opens and the man told my 13yr old congratulations you broke my damn gate when my son didn't break a gate nor is it even possible to break especially not by what he did but I didn't argue with them I went ahead and loaded my boat so I could leave well during that time my wife and the woman who acted as if we did something wrong when we didn't, she started trying to argue with my wife over the time when it was only literally 10:03pm and they done wasted 3 mìns hollering and talking to me, my wife, and 4 kids like we was nobody when I'm a business Owner myself and I know that Noone talks to customers like that, heck noone talks to anyone like that but long story short the woman starting yelling at my wife bc she told them that if it's broke and if our son did break it and we would pay someone to fix it and the woman came unglued.....

I have used them before in the past with my older bass boat. This week I had an issue with my trim relay and I asked Jason for his assistance because I was stuck on the ramp trying to bring my boat out of the water. He came and assisted me and told me how to get my boat out. That spoke volumes with me when he went the extra mile to help. Then he fix my issue in a timely manner. Thanks man. John

They say on their website “here you will find friendly service” but that’s completely inaccurate. The shop guys seem like good people and they know what they’re doing but I wish for as much money as I’m spending that they would give more respect.. they get extremely rude sometimes and I feel as if customer service goes along ways when people pick your place to spend their hard earned money there. They aren’t horrible but don’t expect good communication. Just wish it was better customer service. I do know if I run into another issue I’ll find someone with more friendly customer service

Very honest Service. Jason serviced my 75 Mercury for a very reasonable price. We had an unforeseen problem after and he took it in the day after Christmas to make the repair for again a very fair price. It’s hard to find honest folks it seems these days, but I’ll trust all future boat repairs to Jason Reasor and his shop. Thanks
