As a new boat owner, we were extremely unsure of what to do when our boat started having trouble. We decided to bring our boat to Randy's. He took the time to explain what was going on, gave us a professional estimate and did an amazing job at fixing our boat. Kind and friendly, affordable and honest. Thank you for all of your help! Never had better customer service. Randy was great and so was his guys. Fixed my boat up. When picked it up they even warmed it up for me so I could go straight to the lake and go. Thank you guys!!!

I have to say that if you need help, Randy's Service Center bailed me out big time. I cracked a hub and needed two bearings replaced. I am from Arizona and would have had to leave my boat in New Mexico if he didn't take pity and get me fixed that day. Super good guy and technicians working for him were great too. I posted before and after pictures.

Had an issue with my mastercraft, and stopped to see Randy and Gilbert. Both of them were incredibly helpful and got me in last minute. Thank you so much.

Randy and his staff are amazing! Their repair work is fantastic, and very willing to educate boat owners on everything from routine maintenance, lake tips, all the way to high end upgrades.
