Would highly recommend to any captain, boat owner, or broker to have your boat in the hands of Ramsay Marine Services. If you want everything done RIGHT, done perfectly, work with Ramsay Marine services. I have had only the best experience with Ramsay Marine! Would give them another star if I could. Worked with them on multiple occasions taking in the V58 Princess in to have work done on the running gear, hydraulics, thrusters, etc. From the start of coming to the yard to meet Mark and Gregory that leads an amazing skilled team with both David’s, Hank, Jamie and some more, they’re such a good group of guys that really know what they’re doing, I haven’t felt that relieved taking a boat in for sensitive work to be done EVER, they’re so good at what they do and are so knowledgeable you get the picture right away when you start working with them. Working with them really gives you a piece of mind and ease knowing that the job is being done correctly and promptly! Not only was the service great with them, calling the office was super convenient and consistent, speaking with Patricia and David in the admin side of things and scheduling, there was never a moment where I wasn’t taken care of, had an unanswered question or concern. David and Patricia answered all questions, got me parts, were so knowledgeable, quick to get things resolved for me and put time aside for me to get in touch and go over plans and solutions. Thank you all again very much, Ramsay Marine will be my first call this coming May to come in for a checkup before I start my trip up to Sag harbor Long Island for summer. I look forward to having a strong relationship with Ramsay marine for coming years whatever vessel I am on. Repair was supposed to be at $115/hr. I was charged $145. Also, charged for time to find parts. It was only 2 impellers on my mercruiser engines. Cost over $2000! Didn't get the parts I requested to be returned. No adequate response to my inquiries. In addition, one of the hoses to the pump was not put back. Almost flooded my engine compartment.

Gregory helped me remove the coupler from my prop shaft. Very happy with the work he did, and he’s a great guy too. Price was very reasonable too. Friends had recommended Ramsay, and they were absolutely correct. I can now personally recommend them too.

Mark (owner) and his team did an excellent job on my repairs. Replaced 4 seacock valves and repaired a failed hydraulics device on my boat’s swim platform. Work was very professional, on-time, and they kept in contact throughout the process. Mark even took the time to explain to me how to manually raise and lower the swim platform in the event I ever have an issue while out at sea. They definitely went above and beyond and they have my full endorsement.

In 25 years of running boats, this is the best experience I have had with a marine contractor. The work product was immaculate and more importantly the work was done on time. They removed all of my running gear, sent it for repairs and re-installed it. But most impressive, to make schedule they worked Saturday and Sunday. I would highly recommend them .
