Premier Marine Services

We ran into mechanical issues while on a boat trip far from home and were fortunate enough that someone recommended Premier Marine Services to us. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dawn coordinated everything and was excellent with communication. Jim was able to correctly diagnose the issue, made sure to communicate throughout the process and he and Josh then fixed everything in a timely manner. If you are looking for people who do quality work and care about their customer then Premier Marine Services is who you should call.

I was on vacation w wife. Boat started acting up. I contacted Premier. They had time to check it out. I dropped it off and three hours later. They had diagnosed the problem made a valiant effort to find the part and get it shipped. Dawn was very nice and knowledgable. She was great to work with making arrangments for parts drop off and pick up. Jim was very detailed and very knowledgable. Extremely nice. Despite the fact that they were very busy. He did not let that impact our conversation about what was wrong. Honestly this is the first time in the 20 years of owning a boat i was pleased w service. If they were in my town, they for sure would be my go to for any boat work on engines. Great customer service.

On vacation for the week in Kimberling City and had a minor engine problem with our boat. We called and they were able to get us in the next morning! Everyone was so nice and accommodating They saved our vacation!

I almost hesitate to write this because I don't want too many people to know just how good this guy is! Jim is as "honest as the day is long". I have been to numerous shops and had many boats but this is the only one I will go to now and he will be the last guy you will ever use if you try him. AAA+++AAA+++AAA+++. The guy is fair and he cares about people and he can diagnose the most difficult problems with boats!
