After reading a negative review about Power Products I went to a local firm to fix my generator that mice had done a lot of damage to. The local firm told me they recommended that I replace the generator, that it would be safer than doing a lot of repair work that might not work. Hearing that I decided to see what Power Products thought. All my conversations with them were professional and they responded quickly. They did an assessment and said they thought they could repair it. They did it in a timely manner at a fraction of the cost of a new generator. I highly recommend them.
