From the moment I contacted them, Shawn and his team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my boat and walked me through the repair process in detail, making sure I understood everything before moving forward.

A friend of mine recommended Poseidon and I couldn't be happier. Shawn helped get me set up with service and made me feel comfortable. The tech Eric did a great job on the overhaul of my jet ski. I will definitely be using this company from here on out.

I recently had the pleasure of contacting Poseidon Marina for my boat to be fixed, and I can confidently say it was one of the best mobile marina mechanics experiences I’ve had. I am very thankful Shawn and his team for they were really helpful on helping me fix my boat and get it back on the water. From the moment I called the people working for Poseidon Marina was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. I would strongly recommend them to anyone if you’re in need of assistance.

Expectations vs reality, these are often not in sync. I do not want to bad mouth Poseidon Marine but instead hope to inform a potential client of what to ask and what to possibly expect. I will say Shawn is a true professional and I am grateful to have worked with him instead of some of the other sales/service persons I happened across while discussing my bill. Ask questions about price, truly understand how they charge and for what they charge. I have spent some time reading reviews to understand where I went wrong and the best advice I will give the next guy is to ask how a service call is charged and what the low and high end could be. I do believe they offer a good service for most of what they do, but unfortunately for myself and after reading many reviews for others as well, the 'gotcha' moment is in their billing practices. I'm not saying it's different than the industry I'm just saying you may expect something based on how it's presented in the beginning that is in fact not accurate. That being said, there are many reviews praising the work done. There are many happy customers. Thank you Shawn for being a professional and I hope this helps you and others keep communication and expectations clear before negative emotions bubble up.
