We hauled out our 49’ sailboat for seacock/strainer replacement and other miscellaneous repair items. Mike (owner), Ted (supervisor), Cate (office manager) run a very clean, neat and well organized operation. All the work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. While the boat was in the slings on launch day the guys even washed the hull above the waterline! Once the boat was in the water, Ted walked me through the work they performed to insure I was satisfied. All the staff at Portsmouth Boating Center are fantastic!

No better marina in the Hampton roads the owner is great. The front office aways cares about your problems and takes care of them. And the marina staff is knowledgeable and helps with your problems. Portsmouth Boating Center is a great location to get work done. Very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful! We were recommended to get hauled out here since we were in a catamaran with a 25ft beam. Not only did they do a super job getting us out of the water, but were very conscientious of doing it completely proper. There travel lift accommodated is and their lift was able to get work done on our 75ft mast. Highly recommend them.

The portsmouth Boating Center is an Awesome place. Mike Davis has integrity which matches no other. And the work provided by him and his crew is strictly phenomenal!! They are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and will do their very best to provide an experience second to none! All this and their price is fair for these reasons they are forever my go to marina in VA!!!
