Port Barrington Marina - On The Fox River

We have been here for 2 seasons now. They make everything a breeze. We call they gas us up, anything we need there always there to help out!! It’s the simplicity of getting on the boat and off and on our way.

JT was great to work with. My boat was not performing up to par and JT took his time and figured out what was happening and tested the repair to make sure all was working as expected. And it was. I look forward to working with Port Barrington Marina in servicing my boat.

Just got our pontoon back. Several calls to schedule & given multiple excuse why they couldn’t do it each time. Finally got it back with 3 excuses that morning why a vehicle to do it wasn’t working/available yet. When finally delivered, the cover was just thrown on the floor - wasn’t until we got it back to our pier & we’re going to cover it that we discovered the canvas was covered in “tree fuzz” ! Was dirt on it & a 2” rip &a hole near the zipper. The white seats had black dirt marks on them. When I called to complain how dirty the boat was, I was told they got it that way! My husband is a neat freak & the interior was spotless when we had it picked up! We paid $1069 for shrink wrap with the invoice stating they did not do the oil change we requested, outside storage & delivery!! We will never do business with this place again & tell others not to.

Jim and TJ are the best! Dad and I are in our 3rd year here. Winter storeage - great, engine maintenance - great and customer service - fantastic. The in & out service made it possible for dad (86) to own a boat again - priceless!!

Jim and co. are great. Bought my boat from them last year and have had all services/storage with them since. Any time I have a question or want something looked at, Jim takes care of it. Fair prices, and friendly service. Can't ask for more. Nice location too, easy to get to and deal with trailering boat, close to home and yet perfect location to launch on river. I highly recommend.
