I recently purchased a used boat sight-unseen from these folks. Scott Hail and Angela Evans were great to work with and made the process easy. I had the boat out on the water for the for the first time this past weekend and I was pleased with how it performed. The speedometer on the boat does not work (as is typical of boats) and there are some scratches in the fiberglass that were not disclosed. I was informed that the upholstery had one major wear spot and there ended up being several significant areas of wear that I wish would have been disclosed. The hull of the boat had a lot of organic material (staining) and it was evident that it had sat in a wet slip for a long period of time. I would buy a boat from Coast to Coast Marine again but would definitely make the drive to look at the boat in person before buying.

Brought a 2017 Suzuki 25hp here to get worked on because they are a Suzuki dealer. Was told it was bad gas and they ran some fuel treatment and it was running perfect, I knew when I picked it up that it wasn't going to be fixed considering it was fresh fuel and I thoroughly cleaned the tank. To no surprise the engine was not fixed. Whenever I called they said a mechanic would give me a call back but they've done all they could do. Never received a call back and find it odd that they can't fix the latest model engine and they are a dealer? Obviously just a cash grab I would highly consider bringing your business elsewhere.

We are from Somerset, KY, but we have lived primarily in Florida for thirty years where I spent a lot of time on the water, as a function of my employment (Marine Law Enforcement) and on personally owned boats. I can document 1,875 days on the water just attributable to my employment, not including my own boats. I was shopping here in Somerset looking for a center console to replace my 26' Scarab. For me, the center console is a very practical configuration, as evidenced by the fact that virtually all of the marine law enforcement community uses them. This dealer sells the NauticStar line, with which I was very impressed for many reasons that I would be delighted to expound upon but this is a dealer review as opposed to a boat review. We chose to buy our NauticStar 2302 Legacy (pictured as it arrived) from Coast to Coast for many reasons related to the boat itself, and the dealer. I attached a picture of my 100 Ton Ocean Masters Certificate as evidence that I am reasonably knowledgeable about boats, so it takes about five minutes to discern whether I am dealing with honest, knowledgeable sales staff, or not. There is a LOT of BS out there. Moreover, my wife liked the owners, Scott and Angela Evans, a lot. Succinctly put, having bought the boat and having had enough time on it to form an opinion, my wife and I are in total agreement that we bought the right boat, at the right price, from the dealer we most wanted to deal with. Buying any new boat is a huge investment, usually second only to buying a house, so I would encourage buyers to shop carefully. I hope this helps.
