Point Bay Marina

I had an excellent experience with Point Bay. Great amenities at the marina, lots of space for support dinghies. Very friendly and helpful staff. I ran aground my last day of the season there, and they got someone to tow me off within the hour. Store is well stocked. Grounds are beautiful. They have a customer for life!

The Point Bay provides best in class service in an incredible part of Lake Champlain. The team is professional, friendly, and responsive. The facilities are well kept, the yard is well managed, and the store/office is always well stocked. 100% recommend.

Had an emergency boat trailer bearing repair needed and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and save the day! I had the correct parts but not the skill to fix! Great people, very courteous.

We've kept our boat at Point Bay for many years, both on the water and on the hard during the winter. We can't say enough good things about Todd, Ray, Judy, and the rest of the team. PBM treats us like valued customers, always makes time for us, and are friendly and extremely competent. Qualities that are fairly unique on Lake Champlain. We couldn't recommend PBM more highly for either a summer mooring or winter storage.

We were so pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the team here at Point Bay Marina. We had kept our boat over winters at Shelburne Shipyard for the last 20 years and always got good service from Mary, the Karens, Rick and the yard guys. When the Safe Harbor conglomerate bought them out (and I hope they all are enjoying retirement), the character completely changed. So we came down to Point Bay, and frankly found them even better than Shelburne Shipyard at their best. They do what they say, always make it easy, and keep the yard in great condition. Plus, electricity on the hard is accessible (if you have 100’ of cord), and they welcome you to do work on your own boat when Safe Harbor had too many restrictions. Point Bay is definitely our new home for boating on the Lake!
