Called with a question about a new remote I bought online for my trolling motor. I was thoroughly frustrated. Andrew looked it up and patiently walked me through it. Very helpful!

We purchased a new fishing boat from Andy at Pharo Marine and it was a great experience. He walked us through all the options, made recommendations, and offered to help any time, even after we drove away with the boat. This is a local, family business, which is awesome. 12/10 recommend Pharo Marine.

Worked with Andy yesterday picking up an used boat. Awesome experience! Others who work in the dealership were also very friendly and made sure that you were being taken care of. IMO they go above and beyond to make sure that the used boats they sell have been looked over and are water ready. He definitely takes pride in what he does and is a real genuine person. I absolutely recommend this dealership!

Pharo family is the best of the best! Being almost 70 and the process of taking pictures of yourself and sending codes to the credit union with numerous apps open was a little stressful. Madeleine working behind the counter took my phone and made short work of the problems! Thankyou Madeleine! Andy is the hands on floor, boat expert and explains things in simple steps. Have not bought our boat yet, but just the process of getting quotes and looking at boats in the showroom has been great. I have been working with Matt Lindner and he has been so responsive and helpful. Hope to order our boat this week. I'll update my review once we have finalized our purchase. Update: I ordered our boat! There were no surprise costs and I feel we got a very fair price! Update 4/20/21: Picked up our Hurricane boat today! Love it. Would buy from Pharo Marine again. Discovered a manufacturing defect in how the waketower attaches to the boat. Hopefully the warranty claim process isn’t too bad.
