We put our Kayaks in just after Garthright Dam, and this was our take out point. It was roughly about a 16-mile run. Good trip. Rapids were fun, sights were beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife, including a bald eagle. Petticoat Junction Boat launch is a great place to take in and out at. It's concrete and plenty wide. The current is moving fairly swift at the bottom of the ramp but not so swift that it makes getting in and out of the Kayak harder.
