So I met bill back in may in the heart of a pandemic, I had just broken a water pump on my 1st voyage out in my new boat, 1985 bass tracker!! that I had drove all the way to Kentucky to get a week earlier. I just showed up in front of his shop at 9am as they were just arriving to work for the day with no heads up I was coming. I quickly explained to him the situation and how upset I was because no one was responding to my calls anywhere around the state. I live in Redford it's a city that borders DETROIT where bill is located, I read a review that said you had to drive to some horrible place in the city. Its views like that ,are reasons our country is still in trouble. Sometimes you have to go where others aren't willing to find Gold!!! This Man and his shop ,represented what Detroiters are all about. With his vast knowledge of my whole current situation and all his compassion that he has from being where he's located. He knew that I really needed help or I was going to be in reel real trouble, with all the hard work I had already put in ,just to be in front of him at 9am before he started his day that morning. He whole hearted offered to help me fix what ever my problem was going to be. I thanked him and dropped my boat off the next day. They fixed my boat for less than I was even expecting, in the middle of a pandemic!!!!! That's the kind of person Bill is!!! 100% Gold!!!

Does not diagnose small outboard correctly. Takes parts from other motors and puts them on yours, then calls you up to come and verify a bench check. After you leave , he uninstalls the parts he put on, to make himself look like the repair of was done correctly ,. and delivers the small outboard back . Leaves voicemail saying that he is not responsible for what the yard service does if they mess it up by installing it incorrectly. Not to mention, you literally take your life in your hands by going to where this business is going located. Stay away if you value your life, and avoiding a scammer that fishes on your wallet! He's criminal !

Bill really knows his stuff. I have been bringing my boat to pmm for 20 plus years. Always great service with a smile. Thanks for keeping me on the water!

Great guys here. Always do an excellent job. Bill couldn’t be a nicer more honest guy. Same with the man that helps him. We would never go anywhere else with our boats.
