We are not from the area and bought a boat from someone that had used the company for over 20 years. We were struggling with getting it loaded on the trailer we rented and the gentleman was there getting out another customers boat and took the time to help us load our boat and get it tied down so we could get on the road and drive over a couple hundred miles safely…he was an awesome representation of the company and then his wife took the time to pull the boat’s file with the company and email it to us so we had the complete records…just a really nice professional and kind group of employees!!!

I was out of town on vacation when the wheel of my boat trailer seized up. A bad predicament because I obviously needed the trailer to get my boat home. Jason got me in Thursday afternoon and I picked it up first thing Friday morning. They could have easily up-charged me given my situation but they absolutely did not. Professional and friendly, they are definitely worth giving your business to.

Friendly and professional staff. I have stored my boat there for a couple of years. No challenges and they have worked with me to help ensure my boat is running smoothly.

I want to thank Pat's Pontoon for helping me out with the light on my trailer and showing me what to do when putting my pontoon in the lake. My husband is the one who does all of this, but he has been sick since Jan. I call Pat's Pontoon at there busy time and they still managed to help me out. Thank you again, I wouldn't have got done without you.

Rented two pontoon boats from them last weekend and they were very unfriendly and unprofessional. When we returned the pontoon boats they did a much more thorough inspection of the boats than they did when they were dropped off to us, and charged us for a dent we know we didn't cause. There was no walk-around the boats at drop off and no sheet indicating any existing dents or scratches on the boat like you would do with a rental car, only an accusation when we returned. Had they at least been friendly or polite about it I probably wouldn't complain, but the entire time they seemed like they would rather be somewhere else, were very accusatory, and all they cared about was getting them their money as fast as possible. I won't be using again.
