Nice little park with a beach. Good for kayaking/paddle boarding. But it's way out there and $15 for a day pass.

Almost a week later, I have not gotten my refund for the boat rental deposit. They charged almost $700 to rent a pontoon boat for 4 hours (which includes a $300 deposit)..... they still have not refunded the deposit after almost a week and they do not answer the phone...... might need to go to BBB.

We rented a Pontoon boat and had an awesome time. Our problem came with getting the boat. It is first come first serve and i completely understand that. The guy knew we had been waiting to see if a boat would be returned. He told us one would come in around 12:30 and we were there around 12:15. Then he came out and told us he miscalculated and the boat would not be in until 1:15. We were there getting fishing licenses etc and sure enough a boat came in at 12:30 like he initially said. We saw it come in and we went up to the desk and the guy already had someone else filling out the paperwork. We hat boat. The guy asked us he could could help us as if he did not know what we wanted.

I have been going to this Marina for over 45 years and have witnessed many changes, remodels and management. Mike is in charge now and very energetic and professional and seems to have it all under control. They offer everything you need to fish including a license. Boat batteries, props and paddled are also available. I miss the photos of fish caught here at the lake and I hope that they start putting them back up but until then, I will start it off with a few of my own.
