I took my time choosing Parker Marine to perform a needed repair to my boat. Just to be told, we aren't interested in working on your boat with no other comments didn't sit well with me. It's like I'm sorry I thought I was at Marine Repair Shop. They have the right to refuse any work. However, don't expect a good review. I surely wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time. Being untruthful is not a good look for your business either, and blocking me from responding to your response is just unbelievable. I know exactly where your company is, and I spoke with you.

Horrible customer service!!!! Left a voicemail and sent an email with pictures of boat damage asking about getting work done on my boat. NO call back NO email response. I understand it's busy season but a simple call saying I'm not interested at this time taking on You're boat that would have been the right thing to do as a Good business owner! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!!

We are extremely impressed by the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication with us, and service from mechanical and systems survey and evaluation to final project follow up. We highly recommend Parker Marine!

Greg and the service team in the Courtenay store have provided outstanding service on my boat. Very impressed!
