Had them change my fuel pump. Got boat back and the can was spewing fuel. Brought it to their attention, they took boat back and said had it fixed. Boat still spewing fuel. No way did they even start the boat to monitor for a fuel leak. Painfully obvious leak to an untrained eye. Not only poor craftsmanship, but a safety issue also. This is exactly why engine compartments explode on the river!

There is no reason to bring your boat here. The work is sub-par and communication is non-existent. They had my boat for FOUR months. They never call to tell you what’s going on. You have to track them down. They make unnecessary repairs. I had just rebuilt my carb and they decided to charge me for a new kit. Their incompetence caused them to have to pull the engine a second time to fix parts they broke installing the engine. The boat was returned dirty, with a dead battery and a broken Speedo pitot tube. It wasn’t worth mentioning because I was tired of them touching my boat. Terrible experience with Parker Boat Co. Find someone else to work on your boat. This isn’t the place. You guys know exactly who I am. My name is Jon Taylor and you had my boat for four months. Does that ring a bell? You guys dropped the ball in every way. And I know you’re under new management. Just to refresh your memory, you replaced the rod bearing, valves and so on. You cut the water pick up tube during installation of the engine. You said you water tested but when I drove four hours to pick it up and run it I noticed it was filling with water. So you had to pull the engine again. Driving out there costs me hundreds of dollars and you guys are just messing around. Your tech’s answer the phone drunk. The true definition of irresponsible behavior. The guy who said he’s the owner backed his guys and said they will drink when they’re off. Which is fine. But don’t give them the work phone if they’re smashed. I call your tech and he’s drunk talking to a homeless person about Jesus. That’s what he told me. I didn’t make that up. The boat was trashed when I tried to pick it up. You guys didn’t even try to clean it up and you left a quart of oil in the bottom of the engine compartment. I’d actually like the money you charged for the carb rebuild kit back. You didn’t need to replace that and didn’t ask me or tell me about anything you were going to do. So I hope that rings a bell for you guys. Ask the owner if any of this sounds familiar.

Wife and family went to Parker 3 weeks ago. Engine overheated and ruined the weekend. Stopped by Parker Boat Co, absolutely fantastic!!! They are through, they explained everything in detail. Sent me update texts, pictures and video. We couldn’t get back for 2 weeks, they stored our boat and detailed it the day we arrived. The wife and I had an awesome Sunday on the strip! Our boat has never ran so well since we’ve owned it. We highly recommend Parker boat co, to anyone. We live 2 hours from Parker, Parker Boat Co will be our boat mechanics for ever. We now plan to have our Bimini top and all of our cosmetics done only by Parker Boat Co!!!!!!

Lots of times businesses run and don’t think of customers just like to make a new shout out of my new hotspot. Had a trailer bearing go on my HTM trailer made a call the guys and gals over there were like hands down ready to wait for us me and my family in the middle of the desert got back Took care of it went to dinner came back on time as needed. They were very knowledgeable. No runaround like that in and out just like to show everybody there are a good place still around will be back.

For the past three years, I have trusted Parker Boat Co with my two boats: a 2021 Cobra Python and a 2015 Malibu Wakesetter. They handle my annual servicing for both boats and have done custom bimini, upholstery work, prop repair, and fiberglass work on my Malibu. Their team consistently provides excellent customer service and fair pricing. I wouldn't take my boats anywhere else!
