Waste of time. Took a recently bought boat for a health checkup. They told me theyd get back to me within a few days. Two weeks later no response. Went to pick it up to find out they handt even ran the motor or looked inside. Seems like they did a “visual” inspection and quoted us at $3k. They even said we needed 2 new batteries. Had they actually looked they would have seen a sticker showing both batteries were bought the same morning we dropped it off.

Buyer Beware!! I attempted to order a couple small items online with this company. I received an initial email confirmation that had a "pending" status for several days. I tried calling several times but nobody ever picked up the phone. The status changed after I sent an email to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I then received an email saying it updated from "pending" to "awaiting shipment" after them being told to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Also, their cost to ship UPS Ground was more than triple ($37.62) the price to ship something that small UPS Ground compared to what is listed on the UPS website ($12.25). The two items (bleed screw and banjo fitting) that were attempted to be ordered couldn't weigh more than a pound combined total weight, so that amount for shipping is ridiculous. Their "customer service" is abominable. Nobody answers the phone for either of the numbers they have. It just goes straight to voicemail for someone named AJ or it rings non-stop. They also do not respond to emails or messages sent directly on the website. I'm posting this review so that others don't make the mistake of trying to do business with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. They need to do better!

Disaster. Avoid the headache and order from someone else. These people are unorganized. I ordered simple parts, order was forgotten for a week. Employee wrote a new order and then the house of cards began to tumble. I showed up to p[ickup parts that I was told were there just to wait an hour for employees to try to find parts in the back. I was missing parts, no one knows where the orders or parts are. Took almost 30 minutes to get a refund for the missing parts after brief argument via phone with employee.

Took 3 days to get anyone to determine only 1 of 14 different items being sought were in stock. The webpage is 100% misleading about being able to call 24/7. No one I spoke to knows their hours of operation. No one I spoke to followed thru on their timeline to provide information. Quite honestly it feels as if this is a front for some sort of scam.

I used to have good service from this company but lately things seem to have gone downhill. I've ordered many thousands of $ worth of parts over the last few years, but with my recent orders there has been multiple bad results. From incorrect parts being part of the order (four nuts in the same part number but one is smaller than the rest, bolts labeled with the correct part number but are the incorrect size), then some of the bolts ordered didn't arrive with the original order and three weeks later, still nothing. Staff blame Volvo for the mistakes. Volvo NA disagrees. Ordered more small parts expecting a 3-5 day delivery, continued delays and promises to call me with updates, still waiting for call backs. Staff blaming FedEx for the delay. I eventually asked them to just cancel the order and refund me for this, as well as the bolts that was never delivered with the first order, Still waiting for any feedback on the refund three days later. I need to do the same work to my other engine so expect to spend another few thousand $$, but will most definitely not spend it here. It's sad because a few years back my experience was the complete opposite.
