Palm Boat

Great Place- Jeff knows his boats! When he retires I might just sell my boat... not sure I want to go anywhere else. (No- I'm not selling my boat but you get the idea)

Went there a few years and loved it. Great experience. Fixed my boat quickly and efficiently. Writing this review now because I had to look up the info to send a friend.

10/10!! In every facet. Old School customer service. Jeff looks out for his customers and provides top of the line service. Vast knowledge of all things boat/trailer and all the brands. He gave undivided attention to all/any questions and concerns. Did more than we asked for, for much less money than expected. This place is a gem for boat owners in the area! I know my boat has the best mechanic with Jeff nearby. Thank you Palm Boat!!!!!

The owner, Jeff, is one of the rudest people you could ever meet. And beyond incompetent. We dropped our boat off October 2020 and did not get it back until September 2021. When we would stop over to get updates, he turned us away, yelling "you aren't the only people in the world". However, he had our boat and was charging us thousands of dollars. After all the money and one full year, he told my husband he would go out on the water with him to make sure it was finally fixed. Well, it was not.. they had to get towed in. One year and about $5000 later (including a complete motor rebuild) and we still didn't have a running boat. We stored it for the winter and when we opened it this May, 2022, it was leaking oil. When my husband tried calling him and he didn't answer, my husband just took our boat over and dropped it off, since he would need to fix it for free. However, Jeff called flipping out and said to get out boat out of there, he had no time or space for it and we should just count our losses. Considering a lawyer at this point. Whatever you do, don't go to Palm Boat. We've been taken advantage of and still don't have a running boat, almost 2 years later.

Jeff, the owner is very knowledgable and great at his job. He has been in business for a long time. His prices are very good and he gets things turned around much quicker than most boat dealers.
