Outboard Specialist

First, I want to say how grateful I am to have found Mike and his business, Outboard Specialist. The name is quite apt; he IS! Our neighbors recommended him...thank goodness! Mike can take your boat out in the fall, shrink wrap it, run a complete diagnostic and cleaning on the boat motor in the spring, and then deliver it to you. Mike is extremely professional, kind, thoughtful, an incredibly thorough Boat Motor Guy (TM haha), and very patient with my questions. I learned a lot from him, as he is happy to share his vast knowledge so that I can better care for our boat motor (which leads to motor longevity, which we all love). I highly recommend him! Mike has been my mechanic for a couple of the boats I've owned. He's very knowledgeable and gets to the point of what's needs to be done. He even diagnosed a previously unknown issue with a motor I currently own that another mechanic failed to notice. After showing me what the problem was (which in my opinion was flat out incompetence the other mechanic missed it) it was obvious that it needed to be taken care of or I could have been stranded out on the water. He is the only one I trust to work on my boat and will continue to get my business in the future.
