I took my boat to Osprey June 2022 to repair damage from being washed up on some submerged rip rap. There were a couple other spots I needed repaired also. I didn’t want my boat sitting outside for long so I asked to call me the day before they would start work on it. They had the boat for about 2 weeks and I was charged $200 plus dollars by Harrington harbor for storage. They rent from Harrington harbor and when a boat sits in the parking lot they charge starting after the first week. He said he told me about this charge but I have no memory of him telling me but after looking at the details at the end of the contract it was there. When I dropped the boat off I mentioned that they would have to lift the boat off the trailer to see what damages were under the bunks if any. Something I shouldn’t have had to tell them but I wanted to make sure. When I picked the boat up it looked like it never moved from the spot I parked it. When I got home I noticed there was overspray on the boat, trailer and especially the motor. I called and he offered to clean it up but wasn’t worth another trip and to leave the boat. Every trip I took the boat out I noticed the bilge pump would come on every 20 to 30 minutes. I checked all the plumbing lines nothing was leaking. It wasn’t until I was in Florida in May 2023 pulling my boat out of a steep ramp that my buddy saw a dark spot underneath the boat. Now I know why the bilge pump was coming on so often. There were 2 other damage areas but not as bad as this one I then took it to another shop to have it repaired the way it should have been by Osprey. I expected much more from a outfit that does work on yachts and that was one reason I chose them. Very disappointed.

Fabulous repair work!!! They repaired nearly six figures of damage done to my sailboat by a 65ft powerboat and you can't tell where it happened. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Top notch fiberglass and Boat repair. This family owned and run business is outstanding and i would not have wanted to take my boat anywhere else. I personally checked out many companies for this kind of service and their quality, attention to detail, and know how is superb. GReat bunch of guys too that want to make you happy and give you a great product. Doesnt matter whether its a major repair or small fiberglass issues, these guys are simply amazing. Upon visiting their giant facility, i was able to see the many boats they were working on and i was extremely impressed by what they could do and how you would never know that these boats were ever repaired or damaged at all. Looked brand new honestly and turns out they build much much stronger than the manufacturer does in the beginning so you will never have to worry. I could tell 100 percent that this work they did was just amazing and i highly recommend. They handled all the insurance part of everything and went to bat for me to make sure the insurance would cover exactly what needed to be rebuilt and no corners cut. Couldnt have been easier honestly. Thanks JJ and family for what you do and how you do it.
