From the initial phone call, Carlos was informative and understanding with what I needed to get done. He didn't try to upsell me on anything else. Obviously when someone is that great and boating season is around the corner there can be a wait-list to get serviced, but I was patient and he called me earlier than I expected to have service completed. Dropping off my boat was easy. His mechanics where friendly, knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Carlos and his team was able to service my boat within a timely matter. They also serviced my trailer brakes as requested. Everything was done at a reasonable price. Carlos is very detailed with information to the drop off time and to when you can pick up your boat. After picking up my boat, I notified them regarding a last minute fix on the trailer lights. Lights were installed, tested and took the extra time right before lunch time to help me with my truck. Carlos and his team went above and beyond my expectations. It was worth the drive coming from Poinciana knowing my boat was in good hands. Can't wait to take it out on the water!

I had boat issues while in town for a week long fishing vacation. Carlos told me to come with boat at 1:30 and he would see what he could do. In less than an hour he had diagnosed the problem and said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I can’t explain how much I appreciated his efforts to get me fixed up. I highly recommend this shop.

Carlos and the guys are a class act. I texted him on 12/26 that my boat motor would not start. He told me to bring it right over and the team would get on it. A few days later I got a call that my starter was replaced and the boat was ready to go. The boat starts like a charm! These guys are professional and well versed in what they do. They got me in pretty quick and were done faster than I expected during peak season. Boat was filthy and they washed waxed and sealed. They will stay a little late or come in a little early if you need to drop before work. They are not the cheapest but that's not what you want for your boat. They do great work, worth it. Carlos and the boys deserve your business.
