Great customer service! The have boat gas and even though off season they offered for someone to come out so I could get gas. They have plenty of slots to park your boat as well.

My family rented a pontoon boat from this marina for a couple of days. Dennis managed the rental. He was responsive when issues arose (boats will be boats) and did whatever he could to make our lake experience awesome. Badin Lake was beautiful and we were glad to have a rental pontoon available so we could explore it.

TERRIBLE! I would give zero stars if I could. Called on Wednesday for boat rental for Father's Day. The family gets up early to head out for great day on the lake only to be told that the boat was rented out from under us the day before. A meager sorry, which does not fix our getting up early, heading out there, nor the inability to rent anywhere else because everybody else was booked. Since then not a peep, no offer to make right, no sincere explanation or apology. Avoid these people unless you want to be let down by them arbitrarily ignoring your reservation! Well, you can apparently add lies to the way they treat people as no one called us the day before to say they had double booked.
