Very nice marina. We enjoyed an excellent overnight stay - marina staff helpful and friendly.

We came in for the night, thought there may not be anyone around, we could dock by ourselves, however, a man came round (Larry) he was very helpful and friendly. Also, the shower facilities were very clean, the ladies was as if you were in a nice home. Very clean and thoughtfully appointed. We very much appreciated their facility!! Thank you!!! I bought a boat stored at this marina its "life"(9years). They did not sell it to me. I have to admit I did not do my due diligence in having the boat checked out by an independent mechanic. I paid the service department to "look it over" for me, but the head of service, Pat, fairly good friends with the seller (3rd party - "TJ") of boat and things were very much overlooked. I'm sure this will be countered by the fact I did not specifically ask to have the out drive pulled off. But when you tell a mechanic you don't know a whole lot about boat engines, you expect a certain amount advice. Pat did the very minimum of looking because he knew this boat had some very major problems. The only boat maintenance records I could have "sent" were sent to me directly to me from TJ (selling agent). Only one year of the 9 it was serviced there.. About 6-7K worth of problems, just major out drive problems. I expect a 9 year old boat to need some work. They knew they were dumping a boat with problems. I'm not even angry about the whole thing.. buyer beware. I just don't want others to repeat the mistake I made.
