Ocean House Marina

Seems pretty nice, although it is off-season right now, so most of the boats are under wraps. Will have to return in the summer for an update. Seemed pretty relaxed and welcoming to me today. The bait and fishing shop was unfortunately closed for the season.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Molly who works in parts at Ocean House. She was diligent, professional and efficient sourcing parts for my Yamaha outboard. Without her effort, I wouldn’t have gotten my boat back in the water within a week. Thank you and keep up the good work! Now, I just need to be able to sneak in and have the mechanics work on my boat if they find the time...

I would give six stars if I could! The team at Ocean House was so helpful when we bought our Yamaha from them. I’m sure my sale was small compared to many of their others, but they still made me feel like a priority and were so accommodating. All of the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and Jon seems to have stepped seamlessly into Rob’s shoes as the new owner!

These guys are really professional and welcoming. They do excellent work. Only place I could find a tiller, pull start Yamaha 25 last summer. The purchase was really easy working with Cullen. I then had them winterize the engine this year and today I picked it up and Russell was extremely accommodating on very short notice. Had the motor ready and loaded it into my car.

This place is incredible for service of Yamaha engines. From the initial call which was taken by the owner Rob to working with their service team was a great experience. This is the first time I went there and it was after a couple tough experiences with other marine service companies. They fixed the problem and it was the little things they did such as cleaning up the wiring as they put things back, checking the trailer, other parts of the engine, etc. I could tell they took pride in their work as things looked better after they were done even cosmetically. I was impressed with the initial assessment and the communications with what they were going to do. There were no surprises on the work done or what the costs were going to be. Calling before doing the work was greatly appreciated. All Right. Enough of the praise! Thank you.
