I made an appointment with this company to service my boat last week. As the time approached to have him come to the marina I was unable to contact him via phone or text. His voicemail is always full and he never answers the phone. He does not return phone calls. I don't know how somebody runs a company like this.

We dropped our boat at Mr Rob’s, and hoped to get it back in a couple of days BUT he called in a few hours and we picked up our boat with plenty of lake time left. I was so afraid we’d spend our much anticipated time looking at Lake Jordan! Very reasonable charge and great customer service!
