I absolutely love the makeover they've done with the boats and continuing doing with their docks! Hopefully people are patient! They took on a big project just a few short years ago and then 2 years of record flooding. 😔 For many several years there's been a need for jet ski rentals in this area as there was none. So that is such a nice addition! Each time both houseboats ran with no problems and absolutely love the new decor and the bathrooms are especially beautiful!

First, I will say they refunded our down-payment when we cancelled. However, we cancelled because of the condition of the pontoons. While they had newer motors, the pontoons were dirty and had ripped upholstery. We complained and they offered to sweep off the cobwebs and bugs, but our party of six unanimously decided it just wasn't worth $400. The picture posted on their website is not reprentative of what was offered to us.

Rented a pontoon for two days. The people we worked with were extremely nice and attentive. They were doing a ton of work on the bar, docks, and parking lot since the river is so high but made sure we had everything we needed. They gave us the option to keep the boat overnight if we had a place to dock it (which we did not but it was certainly a nice option). I would recommend them to anyone. Super friendly and helpful with the rental. We will certainly rent from them again.

The new owners purchased the marina because they “thought it would be fun” Our cost went up by 50% over the previous owners. They promised multiple improvements. Yes, they have added slips but, halfway through the season, they still have not given us the class of slip that we paid for. Another dock that the customers paid for covered slips still has no roof. They continue to make promises of following through on the contracts that their customers paid for and continue to fail to deliver. Definitely give the new owners another season or two to get their act together before signing a contract with them.

Boat slips are very hard to come by in this area. We where excited to find one here. However it has been a disaster from the first day. We paid for a covered dock. To start the year they had no cover. Once they final did install covers they where cheap tent like structures that where poorly installed. When we went to out our boat in the dock for the first time another boat was there. Went to the bar to ask what to do. They where rude and said we had to call back during the week and talk with Dylan. Talked with a nice person in the office and she advised it was the there rental boat and it will be moved soon. 2nd time we came to the dock logs had wedged so bad against our boat it was dragging the pontoon down and I had to get a saw to cut the branches free. The doc is too far out in the current near the channel, it just collects debris. The last straw was during a storm the poorly install cover came off and damaged our boat and cover. I called the marina office shortly after and was told to call one of the owners. I have tried calling 4 times with no response over a 2 week time frame. I left voice message. Today when calling the voicemail box is full. They seem faster at replying to poor google reviews than customers concerns.
