I have not been to the freaking yatch club.

I live there. 55yrs and older. I make a statement, U won't find a better mobile home park in a 50 mi radius. We own our own property & the HMO is $65 a month. Most are $ 700 to $800 a month

This is a pristine gem of a community tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Genuine people who care about each other and some pretty views by the clubhouse and lots of palm trees. Well kept, aesthetically pleasing neighborhood with just the right balance of freedom and responsibility. You will drive far for medical care, but surrounding towns have the necessities and the cost of living makes up for that. No Starbucks, (thank God) but wonderful mom and pop cafes in neighboring LaBelle. Nature and tranquility will soothe the senses. Homes are not on top of each other-- perfectly spaced for privacy. Lots are clear with utilities. Try finding that anywhere else without paying outrageous prices for zero lot lines! Lawn service is included in the $65 monthly fee, so that is a blessing for residents. The pool is small, but very clean, with a lovely view of the water. Fun activities abound and pride of ownership really shows. Wonderful HOA and laid back vibe with first class people who still believe in old fashioned kindness. A boater's paradise for sure. Please don't tell anyone. It's the best kept secret of South Florida for a reason! 😉 55 and up.

This is a purchase only 55 and up with small pets. It's not close to Doctors or hospitals. Peaceful small town but be ready to drive to Doctors.
