AMAZING experience!!! I recently came across a Honda 25hp 4 stroke. Come to find out, needed the 3 carbs cleaned. Dropped off Monday late afternoon, picked up Wednesday afternoon. Runs like a CHAMP and they came in under budget for me. Will absolutely be a return customer. Going to be dropping off a 25hp Johnson soon! Really appreciate the info Brandon provided. GREAT FOLKS!

I wish I could give Matt and his team more stars! What a great experience with his service department. When I picked up my pontoon his technician took the time to go over what he repaired/ replaced etc. Highly recommend Mills Marine.

I ordered a brand new 18' Lowe with a brand new 30 h.p. motor. I had Mills Marine install a steering console on it as well. I picked it up and drove it the three plus hours home. I had engine idling/shifting issues immediately. I also had the steering cable fall out from under the steering wheel. Mills Marine probably would have fixed it if I could have brought it in. But being from out of state made this difficult. I decided to take it somewhere local instead of taking time off of work and driving 6 plus hours there and back. I sent Mills marine a copy of the $340 invoice. They were not willing to help with it. Beware if you're from out of state unless you have time, money, and gas to waste.

If your buying a boat in eastern Iowa and haven't contacted Mills Marine you are making a mistake. The customer service is really unbelievable. We bought a Lowe pontoon 3 years ago and the quality is upper level but after winter storage we were having some problem getting the motor started. I called Brandon, the service manager, he said they were booked up for a week and a half but if I bring it in he would try to look at it. We live a hour away and I was expecting to drop it off and come back another day but when we showed up Brandon knowing are situation took the time to look at it and because he is a great mechanic we left for home an hour later with a well running boat in tow.
