Midwest Water Sports

Great people to work with. They took extra precautions to protect the boat while in transit on the way home down to Kansas.

As a first time boat owner, I had and still have a lot to learn. With that, I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with the sales and service team at Midwest Watersports earlier this year to acquire a 2011 MasterCraft X2. Michael was great to work with as we considered our options and what boat best met our needs and desires as well as budget. Service team led by Mark did a thorough job with pre-purchase inspections and were very patient with my many questions. The team overall knows their stuff and are avid boaters, skiers, wakeboarders, etc. and were wonderful to work with throughout the process. Really good people who I fully trust…AAA+++.

The service and help that our salesman provided was beyond 5 stars. No pressure, helped us to find the boat that best matched our family’s needs. Thank Midwest

Great staff at Midwest Watersports. Everyone from the service department, boat sales, and pro shop (skis wakeboards, surfboards, etc) are very personable and know their stuff. The pro shop in particular has a great in store selection which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. I highly recommend stopping in especially if you are like me and would rather walk out of a store with the item you purchased vs needing to have it shipped to you. Quick tip, if you also end up buying a boat from them, they will give you the “new boat buyers discount” which applies to everything in the store for that summer.

Travis in service was really great to work with. He explained things well and was very helpful in getting my problem fixed in a short period of time. This is the first time I've done business with this company and I will certainly work with them again. I felt their pricing was fair and transparent.
