I have used this guy several times in the past winterize my boat good price I even tipped him every time… I called today. He said it’s too late in the season. He’s not freezing his ass off. he must not own a coat!!! Or must be Flush on money…. Do not recommend

George worked on my pontoon and totally got it running great. The yamaha 40hp took on some water he rebuilt the carbs and replaced the fuel pump among other things. I couldn't be happier about his work. After another mechanic told me I needed a new motor. He fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a new motor.

This review is a little premature because I have not had a chance to get out on the water yet...but I wanted to say that George kept me up to date on every step as he rebuilt my boat's motor. He explained everything thoroughly, and I found his opinions to be honest concerning everything that needed fixing. He took the time to answer my questions and (because I am new to boats) showed me some things a boat owner should know. This was a project I took on 3 years ago, completely rebuilding the interior and was so happy to find someone like George to take care of my motor. So, while I haven't put on the water yet, I appreciated the video he shared of it running...sounds great. And I can tell he adjusted the steering to feel so much smoother. The man knows his stuff. (Follow-up: Two months later, and I finally had a chance to get the boat on the water. It started right up. No issues at all.)

Brought an old outboard in for a problem I was certain I was having (I was not), got a totally separate issue fixed, and got some great advice on future preventative maintenance. Fair pricing and quality work from one of, if not the only, shop around town that will work on a 30+ year old outboard. Thanks George!

I recently winterized my older boat, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. His efficiency was also impressive he got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. I feel confident that my boat is well-prepared for the winter thanks to George’s expertise.
