Meredith Marina & Boating Center

I purchased a boat from them last year and everything went great... Recently I inquired about a boat and started asking questions and was ignored. You can see that they looked at the questions but didn't answer... Not good customer service the 2nd time around. You would think they have plenty of time since it's the beginning of Feb 2025.. I'll give my money to another marina...

We rented our boat and we’re having a good time and then our engine stopped working. We call them and ask them what to do and we listen to them but the engine will not turn on overtime. We got closer and closer to the rocks so we decided to get out and push the boat away from the rocks preventing any damage. Finally they got to us by that time they told us to get back in the boat so our boat kept on hitting the rocks while we got back they said that we owe them $4000 for something that we did not do they felt threatened for some stupid reason and called the sheriff and police. I would definitely not recommend this place horrible place with disgusting service. This happened in August

We rented a 26 foot Tri-toon boat with the 250 ho motor. It was an easy process. I did everything online and when we got there it was ready to be put into the water after we loaded it up. Everyone was professional and pleasant. They took my temporary Massachusetts boater license certificate with no issue. Me and my family as well as my sister and her family had a great day. The boat had a gps and a paper map of Lake W. They suggested where we would have the best time and about how much time it should take us to get back from the furthest point we planed on going. When we got back they checked over the boat and filled up the gas tank. Gas was a little price but that’s Joe Biden’s fault not the marinas fault. I will definitely be going back to them again to rent and I highly recommend you rent from them. Great place to go for your needs. They also rent jet skis.

The staff is great at Meredith Marina. Very helpful and walk you through everything you need for renting a boat. The boat we rented was in perfect working order and clean. I highly recommend renting from them.

This was our second purchase from Meredith Marina. Travis was fantastic! We came knowing what we wanted and with, what we thought was a realistic budget, and Travis made it happen. The transaction was fast and easy and best of all, his team was able to get the boat ready for the weekend! We love our new boat, but if there's anything we've learned from reading forums, the dealer is as important as the boat and the service team at Meredith Marina knocks it out of the park every time. They get the boat serviced quickly, and have always handled our warranty claims without any hassle on our previous boat. We looked at several other manufacturers, but at the end of the day, the service at Meredith is too good to risk losing out on. We love our new ATX 22, thank you Travis and everyone else involved in the purchase!
