Very great customer service. Very friendly people all around. Would highly recommend booking a slip. The upkeep on their wooden piers is phenomenal.

Highly disappointed in the professionalism and service here. I signed a contract to store my boat here over the winter a couple months ago. I called on Monday to arrange a lift-out, and scheduled one for Saturday. Called and confirmed everything on Friday and scheduled a time. I show up on Saturday and was told they could not lift out my boat because the worker did not show up in favor of deer hunting. I had a crew of people there to help me winterize the boat — all of whom had their day wasted because the inability of Mazanet to execute their commitment. They offered for me to dock there, and they would pull the boat on Monday. An inconvenience, sure, but one I could live with. A few days pass and on the day they were supposed to lift out the boat, I called to ask how it was going. “We will call you back in 20 minutes,” was the response. Well, two hours later and having received no call back, I phoned again. Apparently, my boat is too heavy for them to pull out at their facility! What a surprise for me to learn, considering one of the first questions I was asked months ago was for the specifics of my boat to confirm they would be able to store it. As a result of this all, I had to scramble to find another facility to pull and store my boat in short order. Will absolutely never do business with this marina in the future and recommend anyone who values professionalism to consider the same.

Took my boat out for the first time this season today and noticed a small water leak from water plug on the thermostat housing. Called Mazanet's and the gentleman I spoke with not only had the part ready for me 10 minutes later while I drove the boat over but he also met me at their fuel dock. Handed it over without needing to even tie my boat up. Handed some cash over and was on my way. Excellent service.

First time boat owner here. The only reason I had a good experience is because of this marina. The employees very friendly people. I also had service done to my boat which was done in a timely fashion I feel like I didn’t miss out on any boat time due to service work. I have to thing the Mazanet crew on my first year with them and I will be back for another year.

I had my engine serviced at this place. Because of a delayed pick up, they charged me a crazy amount of storage fees. They were not willing to even consider to discuss a compromise. In fact they were very mean from the beginning, even used inappropriate offensive language and threatfull behaviour. They refused to give me an appropriate receipt for the storage cost, but instead scribbled on my previously signed service agreement with my signature on. I paid the full balance, because it was not in my league, to deal with this kind of inappropriate and aggressive behaviour. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau WI.
