Outstanding service from start to finish. Other shops were backed up for weeks. Kevin got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem exactly, and did the repairs for a reasonable price! Would recommend this shop to anyone, and will be bringing more business soon!

I want to start off saying the owner of the boat shop kevin is a solid individual, very nice guy and straight forward on what's going on with my boat, plus the lady at the front is very sweet, and also the guys in the back have been very kind as well. Pretty much what I'm saying is they have great customers service. They were also fast and clean repair. So if you want someone good to work on your boat I would go here.

Very disappointed of this place... I took my sister's boat because it wasn't turning on, and they charged $150 to check what was wrong with the boat "diagnostic"., they called me back to tell me that they have to replace the battery, started and selenoide just to see if that was the problem, that costs $950 plus the $150, but if that wasn't the problem with the boat, they was going to keep looking the problem, basically they are not a mechanic, they just guessing... Well I bought the starter from them and was going to buy the selenoide from them, but they didn't have the selenoide, so I paid for the selenoide that they didn't have, I found the selenoide in another store WAY CHEAPER AND mercruiser brand... I called back to the "boat shop" to cancel the selenoide order, and the lady won't let me cancel the order, a boat part that they can sell very easy to someone else... At the end, this place it's not really a boat shop sorry... And they said that to have a boat is one of the expenses hobby lol they just try to wash the brain. **Replying to your comment.** I'm the one not doing business with you no more... Just let me know when my part arrives... And thanks God you saw this boat as old and bad shape, because I don't want to imagine how much you charge for newer boats.

Mathews did a great job servicing and repairing another boat for me. They are always professional and very knowledgeable. I know I can trust them with my boat and know they are doing the right thing. You can tell that their employees really care about the work they do and have a lot of integrity in their work. I highly recommend them for all watercraft servicing and repair needs.

I have used Matthew's Marine for about 4 years now. Kevin and his staff have always been professional and more importantly honest to deal with. I always get a call after the initial inspection to outline exactly what is needed and what the potential issues will cost. Once works starts it is never a given that something else might be discovered. I just got my boat back this month because it would not start for me on the first trip of the season. Well, it started for Kevin no problem. He called and we talked it over but there was no charge for inspection. Someone could easily "make up" issues and charge for parts and labor that are not needed. I have no problem expecting this team to be completely honest and upfront about everything. Waits can be a little long during peak season but that is everywhere and if you can find a decent mechanic which is rare these days. Thanks Kevin and team for always taking care of my boat.
