Great spot to launch your boat on the South River, with access to the ocean and the North River. Well maintained ramp and pier. You do need a launch permit which can be obtained from the harbor Master in Green Harbor, which unfortunately is at the other end of Marshfield. Both day and annual permits can be purchased.

The best boat launch on the south shore! The harbor masters office and assistants are absolutely great! Shhhh don't want too many people to know!

Scenic and quaint. The landing is a local hub for this small community, and clearly a vital part of the existence. Whether you're just there to eat breakfast and watch the sun burn the fog away,or you're there to take advantage of the affordable paddling opportunities; this is a great spot to spend a slow day off away from the pace and sounds of the city.
