Marshall Island Boat Ramp

Nice Little Park we had it to Ourselves, Its more than just a boat ramp has rest rooms and picnic tables and its on the river big open field to have play games or walk your dog. Has a trail that goes into the trees of course today it was too muddy to venture on the trail

It’s more than just a boat ramp. There’s a walking path that boarders the river and goes back into a stand of trees that’s very peaceful and serene. There’s public restrooms that seem to always be open no matter the season. There’s a large parking lot (with no fees for parking) and picnic tables. In the summertime a person can wade in the river here as well, just be sure to we your life jacket if you don’t know how to swim! And please throw your trash away in the available garbage cans.

It was very quiet and clean. Not sure I'd get in the water tho. The Willamette River is known for being dirty & kinda on the toxic side! That being said, it's still a good place to go if you're looking for a nice quiet place for a nature walk or to kick back & listen to the sounds of nature; a flowing river, birds, the sound of rusling leaves as the breeze flows through the trees.

I've lived and fished in Eugene since 1967 and somehow never got to this spot. Nice and clean, great trails, river access is sketchy but a beautiful spot. Lots of wilderness just 7 miles north of the city.

Great ramp, parking, and toilets. This ramp was completely rebuilt a few years back.
