Marsh Creek State Park Boat Launch, Western Side

Was an incredibly beautiful place!! Had an amazing time kayaking, fishing, and exploring. So easy to spend a day here!

For someone that is extremely new to launching a boat, this ramp seems wide. The place is crowded for sure, but not as dense as the other side. Great calm lake !

Summer months are great but during day tough for parking. After 6pm is great to launch from here till closing. Also some nice trails just behind the restroom building and along the lake. Horse and hiking trails. Good bit of picnic tables and spots to just set chairs and enjoy the lake view!

Amazing park to visit,as soon as you get in the park,you are welcomed with amazing view of water and trees.there are horses grazing around the park.they have there own place to walk and eat grass.sometime if you are lucky you can see one come up to you. The breathtaking view of park sides and view is amazing.people kayaking or just taking a dip there.very calm and soothing for mind. Only complain is parking is kinda weird.

It’s a beautiful state park. Love the views. Great place to enjoy boat rides if you own one. Parking is available just on the shore. It’s a peaceful park.
