Mark's Watercraft

Went to get a key programmed, took 2 hours, he then proceeded to try and sell me other problems and said he charged 140$ an hour after he told me it was 95$ for the key and programming it. When i said no i would just want the key his attitude changed completely. After all that i picked up the ski he said “you should get a new boyfriend” to my girl. very impolite after the fact i didn’t want to buy into his service more

I have a 2003 polaris virage jetski that would not run. I took it to Mark, and he diagnosed the problem as the control module. he took the time to install a spare unit he had, videoed it running and sent it to me. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Mark for your watercraft repair needs.

With the beginning of summer we took out our 2 PWC's. One of which ran fine but the second had no top end and the idle was inconsistent. We did not use the PWC's much the previous year because of the Covid. I attempted to have the unit service with several businesses in both Napa and Sonoma and was told they were booked and would be several months. I contacted Mark who stated he was booked but if he had a cancellation he would contact for more details on the 2008 Sea Doo SXI. Five days later he contacted me stating it sounded like a bad gas situation because of the lack of use. I brought it to him and 1 1/2 hours later with new gas and new plugs it was up and running like new----- This is the first time I used him but will not be my last. He did exactly what he said he would do if he had a cancellation.

I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews. But I gave him a shot. And let me tell ya THIS GUY IS AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back and telling everyone about him. He knows exactly what he's doing. I had 2 jetskiz that did not run well, and he brought them back to life. Don't listen to them 1 star reviews.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK!!!!! He had a jetski for sale on craiglist. My dad drove all the way to Napa ( we are an hour away) with the promise of a jetski in great condition. We gave him $3k cash and took it back home to try it out. We rode it for THIRTY MINUTES and it died. We were stranded in the middle of the delta for 2 hours until getting a tow. After getting back home we called Mark and he said there is nothing he can do. REALLY?! We had the ski in the water for 30 minutes, the least you can do is look at it and make it right. Mark, you are a crook and I hope people read this and never do business with you. The right thing to do would be to at least look at the ski and fix it. I've never had an experience like this. We are HUGE water sports buyers and sellers and will make sure that no one we know will ever do business here. Big mistake!
