Very helpful and knowledgeable of the chaparral features I drove down to Wilmington and Loren helped me getting the boat secured on the trailer and went over all the options . Was in the Market for a bigger boat during rough global inventory challenges in the boating industry. I have been eyeing Tidewater CC for a few years and finally made the commitment to purchase. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Nate. Immediately helpful from the moment I walked in. I discussed some concerns I had in selling my Sea Hunt, and he proactively gave me solutions and not problems...which some other boat salesmen gave me over the past couple years. We worked a deal and he kept in close contact with me during the entire trade-in and purchasing process. I can be overly inquisitive at times, but Nate showed me patience and top tier customer service with some of my dumb questions. But the great service didn't not stop at Nate, Ryan was extremely helpful through the finance process and worked hard to push my financing through at a time when banks are behind on funding. My old boat was paid in a timely manner and the finance company was quick to communicate. She also helped me through the registration process so that I didn't have to deal with the DMV. Apart from Sales and Finance, I had some minor concerns after delivery and Harry and his team in Service where very quick to respond and fix. Even took some time out of their personnel time to take the boat out on the water to verify. The electronics and options where all installed professionally with no issues. Lastly, I don't know the owner but I know through his team that he engaged with his customers and ensuring they are satisfied. There where many questions that I had and the team immediately mentioned the owner's passion to provide outstanding service. I don't normally write reviews, but I have been so satisfied with the team at Marker 17 that I wanted to take some time to communicate and give credit for the hard work they put in for me and my Tidewater 220 CC Adventure.

Blake was awesome throughout our whole boat buying experience! Answered all of our questions via text/call/email! Communication was awesome and we hope it continues once we start servicing our boat with marker 17!!! With everything going on in the world today, it was expected to have some delays… our boat was only delayed about a month from what we were originally told!! My wife and I are absolutely excited about our new boat!!
