I just bought a boat a few weeks ago and Marine Warehouse has always delivered with all my after market needs. They generally have everything in stock or have relatively short turn around times. So far I’ve gotten oil, plugs, filters and bow cushions. Waiting for a power pole system to come in and have them do the install. Mary Helen and Alan are always eager to help, so far they’ve fulfilled all my needs.

First time boat buyer, process was incredibly smooth. Alan and MaryHelen made it an enjoyable experience. Went above and beyond. Met and exceeded expectations and delivered with a short time line. 1 1/2 hours from home but I will gladly make the trip for required maintenance and any accessories/supplies needed. A+, highly recommend.

I purchased a trailer and had my steering overhauled and replaced with this company. I could not have asked for better service. They gave me a great price for the trailer and a more than fair price for a trade on my old trailer. They also offered to buy some trailer parts I had purchased online when I was thinking about fixing my old trailer for a very fair price. Furthermore, they did a thorough job fixing my steering. My boat is in great shape and I owe it all to them. A close friend spoke with them about replacing some of the hatches as a wedding present and they did so and surprised me with them. They were easy to get in touch with despite being very busy with a lot of business. I recommend them and will be taking my boat back with any and all issues in the future. Thank you for everything. My wife and I received a boat hull as a wedding present. It needed an engine. We could not have received better help from Allen and Tori and the entire staff at Marine Warehouse Center Charleston. They went out of their way for us in every regards. From waiting for our title to come in, to helping us pick out an engine and equipment for the boat, to helping during the break-in period, I could not have asked for better customer service. After picking out the engine, hydraulic steering, and electronics, Allen was able to get me with the best financing options available in Charleston. They even rushed the work (but still 100% in quality) to make sure the boat was completed before our wedding. MWC even turned the birds nest of wires that had been there for over 20 years into a neat and well wired system where it is easy to tell where each wire is going, and they are hung neatly out of the way giving us a lot of extra storage under the center console. And the service has not stopped. Now that we have had the boat a few weeks, Allen is quick to answer his cell phone even on a Saturday to answer any questions I have while out running the boat. As a new boat owner, this has saved me many times, but mostly put me at ease. Thank you Marine Warehouse Center Charleston for all of your help, we could not be happier!!
