Marine repair service

Someone tell me Why would these guys decided to start taking a break (from 11am to 1pm) (2fk hours) knowing that this is the busiest time of the day, it’s unsafe for the trucker and the traffic on the main road because we blocked the traffic just to stay on the line until you guys open back up. I hate doing business with these people, this company needs to start hiring new employees and focus on providing better customer service instead.
