Got a tohatsu 60 4 stroke and love it! Meridian outboard told me to go to bass pro so I went down the road! Quick and showed me where he saved me money on every item I bought!

I took my boat to get it fixed at this repair shop. I was very disappointed in the service. They could not get my boat fixed and I took it to them at least 3 times and they were very unprofessional and did not want to help me out with the problems I was having. They would tell me they fixed it, but when i would take it out, it would still have the same problem or they had caused a different one. I feel they didn't want to talk to a woman because they wanted me to get my husband to call them and tell them what it was doing. I've had this problem before where repair shops don't want to talk to a woman because they don't feel that I know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman. It is very frustrating to be treated this way. I will not be going back to this repair shop. I'm sure there are other more professional marine repair shops around here that I can go to.

Magnolia Marine is the first boat mechanic that I have ever dealt with that was NOT a con artist and a crook!! From the moment I walked in the doors at Magnolia Marine, I was politely greeted. They were very busy and told me they would be with me in one moment. I had time to gaze around their store to find a few little nicknacks that I needed for my boat. As soon as they were finished, they came up front and were very polite and I felt like I was in good hands. They told me a timeframe that it would take to fix my motor, and they were spot on. I was blown away when they called and said it was done and that the price was way less than I had expected. Magnolia Marine, if you keep this up…. YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! A+++.
