Madden's On Gull Lake

Maddens on Gull Lake is amazing! I own Jeff Dose Photography and had such a good experience at Maddens last time I was there photographing a wedding! Their pavilion area is new and beautiful. There is so much for your guests and wedding party to do and see. The staff are delightful and there are endless opportunities for photos! I can't wait to shoot there again!

We are so grateful that we made the decision to book my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding at Maddens this past weekend. It was truly the most exceptional venue I have been to for a wedding and the staff, service and venue were exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is just good people doing good things for others.

Had a great time this week at Madden's on Gull Lake for a leadership retreat! Large and comfortable rooms with awesome views of the water. Loved the woodburning fireplace in my room and all of the amenities were really well maintained at the resort. Can't wait to return with my family next time!

This was a great place to go & relax! Well worth it just for the food options! The golf courses were nicely kept and reasonable too. The rooms are a little outdated but in good condition. We'll be back for sure!

Very, very disappointing experience. We had two rooms and both rooms had many issues. Here are the examples: the room was musty, run down, stained carpet, the patio and front door screen didn’t close properly , clogged bathroom sink, leak in the bath room ceiling , etc. The owner was very condescending when he was approached about all of the above issues and stated that the Holiday Inn was more expensive to stay at so feel free to leave. Oh, by the way, Ben, no, it is less expensive. Family owned resort but not family friendly to their guests. If you are thinking of going to Maddens on Gull Lake, think again. This was a one and done trip and do not recommend this place.
