M Yacht Services LLC

Sherri and I have had many repairs and retrofits over the last few decades. We’ve had major work done in Newport, Bermuda, Oriental, NC, and other yards in Annapolis. M-Yachts has been outstanding and the best experience ever! They are professional, polite, fine craftsmen that have done an outstanding job reviving our Sabre 452 into a like new condition. M-Yachts painted the topsides, painted the rigging (mast and boom), redid the bottom, refinished the brightwork, made numerous repairs, adjustments, etc. etc. As you can imagine, this wasn’t an inexpensive retrofit but M-Yachts was fair in billing and a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to use M-Yachts.

Steve Madden, Marc Mayo and the complete team of M Yacht Services did a great job for our sailboat during the winter when the boat was on the hard and in the marina at Bert Jabin. Professional service and knowlegde. Great expertise and seniority concerning rigging. I also liked the way they informed me during the several jobs and the fact that they kept a close eye on the timeframe en kept to the agreements. Reliable partner.

I had M Yacht Services replace some caulk joints on my 38 Tiara. Marc was professional and knowledgeable, and worked with me directly. The got the work done in a timely manner, which was impressive given today's labor environment, and the quality was good. However, I have to subtract at least one star because of the pricing. I realize that good employees are expensive, but paying what worked out to $53/linear foot on a 3 day caulk replacement job was much more than I considered reasonable.

A big thanks to Steve and the crew at M yachts. My boat was dismasted during delivery, it arrived battered and crippled at Jabins. We lost the mast and had extensive damage to the boat. My wife and I were completely overwhelmed and really had no idea what to do. Thankfully we met Steve Madden and he walked us through the process - I can’t imagine how we would have done this without M Yachts. They did a fantastic job, it’s like a new boat. Steve is very kind and patient, and he has a great staff. I also appreciate that he follows up, and even after the refit, has provided services to us. Steve masterfully synchronized the refit, Can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Steve and M Yachts! Great job and thank you! With thanks, Brian and Andrea

Madden Yacht Services in Annapolis performed two tasks for us, installing a Hydrovane self-steering unit on our Bristol 35.5, drilled and installed a thru-hull scoop for our watermaker. This is a professionally-run shop, having on site machining capabilities, and a host of dedicated craftsman. I can confidently recommend Madden Yacht Services, seamlessly integrated into Jabin's Marina and Yacht Yard to any sailor cruising the Annapolis area.
