Sales process went smoothly, and Thomas arranged for a seamless pick up in the early AM hours for our journey home. Hector was fantastic to work with, I’ve been to many car and boat dealerships, and the sales process is usually full of pressure and a bit overwhelming—but not with Hector. He was never pushy or rushed, just genuinely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about boats. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Boat selection was excellent, pricing logical and fair. Sales process outstanding relative to follow up, product knowledge, and ability to consult as well as sell. Once we settled on a boat, we were able to take it out on the water and test drive which was the final decision making point. Highly recommend. Sales consultant was Hector Chavarria. Longshore has been amazing to work to with. I had my previous boat serviced there for years (not a brand they sell), and recently upgraded to one that they do sell. The service department is fantastic. Hector was excellent to work with on the new purchase. Communication, professionalism, knowledge of the products were all 10/10.
