Loggerhead Marina - Jupiter

Just waisted hours for nothing. Bad customer service. Called yesterday regarding storing my boat. Was told that they have spot. Once I got to the marina I was told they got nothing and the cost is nearly double. Be aware of amateur people giving information and handling your boat.

They launched my boat without the drain plug that THEY took out during a storm. They never told me they took it out, they actually said "we never touch drain plugs" but what they forgot, apparently , was that they DO touch drain plugs during a storm. I pay over $1,000 a month and all i asked for after they almost sunk my boat was a $500 credit because they had also been leaving it under a bunch og trees and I had to spend an hour cleaning it every time I used it. When I signed the contract I was told it would be on a rack by the dock where there are no trees etc. if you do keep your boat here, you’ll have to be there every time they launch your boat so you can make sure your plug is in!

Where to even begin. Firstly and most importantly it is about the people. The staff is simply amazing. I wish I could leave them an extra star. They have accommodated my move from their sister marina last year and then I went out and bought a bigger boat and was so concerned that I wouldn’t have a space I held up the deal until the marina blessed. Although they have a wait list they got me an indoor space protecting my investment. The marina is in a gated community with insane access to the inlet. Other than coming in late after hours and leaving the boat in the water, the boat is always tucked away and safe. If you are not on the list to get in you should do so immediately Most of the fellow boaters here are really friendly I am done rambling now but just so tickled happy I can’t stop typing Welcome to paradise

The staff is first class. The crane operators are careful and take their time hauling around million dollar toys. For over 18 months now I show up and the boats waiting in the water iced down and full of gas or on the wash rack so I can clean her. Managment is first class and I can sleep easy at night knowing my toy is protected. Keep up the great work everyone.

Very professional and courteous staff. My boat is always ready when I need it. The facility has been remodeled and a new surface in the loading area. My boat stays clean even when stored for an extended period. Their rates are very competitive as well. Highly recommend Tim, Nathan and full staff.
