This Business is not worth visiting ! We took Our "New to Us"pontoon to be serviced. He had it for 6 weeks ! We went to put the boat in the water and the motor would not start. The fuel line was leaking due to a large crack. He said he changed the oil.But he did not ! It was black ! He never greased the steering box He told us that it was running good at the shop ! Almost a $800 repair bill for what ? He should just save people the aggravation and close up his shop ! He should do the right thing and refund Our money ! What a Crook !

Paid to have motor looked over and repaired. Took it out on river days later. No sooner got it in the water it stopped working. Contacted owner of boat motor service . Was pretty much told that a few things were replaced and was tested. The owner did not know what else to say. So my husband is out $200

Bought a boat about 4-5 months ago and was told it was gone over and everything was fine, when I got there it was outside the shop running. Got it 1.5 hours home and had nothing but issues since day one. In 4 months Ive spent maybe 1 hour on the water. Ive spent around $1800 in new parts trying to fix the issues it has, then found out the block was cracked and very badly hacked back together (most likely to get it sold). Along with the drivability issues, it had an exhaust leak. And after getting the piping pressure checked, manifold pressure checked and decked, all new gaskets it was still there. Compression check failed.. would think a marine shop would check everything mechanical before saying it was good to go. Head is removed and cylinders 3 & 4 are rusted and have water, cylinder 3 is blown out which was causing the exhaust leak. So now my options are to find a used engine ($1000-1200) and pray its good or put out more money to find a short block and have it rebuilt (still another $1200-1400 with machine work). I have all receipts and pictures of each repair and may be seeking legal actions.
